Scheduled upgrade completed successfully. All major objectives were met. Total outage time was approximately 20 minutes.

Critical core network hardware upgrades will be performed on Wednesday, September 16, between 12:01am-5am ET. Users may notice a service outage lasting approximately 30 minutes during this time.

Update: The AT&T circuit outage has been cleared.

Update: AT&T circuits remain down affecting incoming calls across those circuits and outgoing calls that route out the AT&T carrier code, which includes 800 number long distance codes. CVFiber will provide updates as we receive them.

CVFiber Network Alert: AT&T circuit issues are preventing some calls from reaching landline users. Dialing out to AT&T lines may also be impacted. We have alerted AT&T and sent SMS notifications out to CVFiber customers that may be impacted.
