CVFiber Issues Poles Inventory Services RFP
CVFiber is seeking companies that perform pole data inventory services. Pole data inventory is the first step in the construction and operation of the CVFiber broadband network for its twenty-member communities – their residents, businesses, and government agencies.
The CVFiber district has more than 1,000 roadway miles and 35,000 poles.
Pole inventory services include, pole data collection, pole attachment license applications, and a pole survey with utilities.
The purpose of the RFP is to identify, qualify, and enter into indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity master service agreements with multiple service providers for the provision of services to accomplish buildout.
Only those companies with which CVFiber enters into master service agreements will be able to bid and be awarded service work.
Proposals are due to CVFiber by 5 PM on March 1, 2021.
