Customer Maintenance Notification

We’ll be performing some brief maintenance on our systems on Tuesday, June 4th, starting around 1:00 AM EDT. This maintenance is expected to last approximately 5 minutes.

During this time, you may experience a short interruption in service. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Our team will be working diligently to minimize downtime.

After the maintenance has been completed customers may need to power cycle local equipment to get back online. Unplug the power cord to your equipment including any routers you may use. Allow it to power down for a full 30 seconds before plugging it back in. The unit will then reboot and should be ready to use again within 2-3 minutes.
